Party like it’s your birthday at CEGA!
Parties at CEGA are fun for all ages and take the stress out of planning a party at home. Each party option comes with a party host or hostess that will assist you with your party from start to finish. Parties include your choice of free play, organized games and activities, or a mix of the two. Your party also comes with a Competitive Edge t-shirt for the birthday child, and a free water bottle for each child party participant.
PARTY TERMS:
Book a 1.5 hour party for $225 or a or a 2 hour party for $250. $50 deposit required at the time of booking.
Party pricing include up to 10 participants 1-17 years of age, including the birthday child. Additional participants may be added for $10 each. Parties are CAPPED at 15 participants. On select dates, we may be able to accommodate over 15 participants at an additional cost based on staff availability. Please call the gym prior to booking if your party will exceed 15 participants.
You may arrive 30 minutes early to set up decorations, but guests and participants are NOT permitted on any equipment until the party's start time.
Parties booked within two(2) weeks of the selected party date are subject to staff availability. After the deposit has been made, a representative will contact you to confirm your date.
If you have booked your party outside of the two week time period, your emailed receipt serves as confirmation. Please call the gym with any questions you may have, we’re happy to help!
Guests 18 years of age and older are not allowed on the equipment, but may assist child participants. Any guests 18 years of age or older on the floor will also need to sign a waiver.
You are welcome to bring in food, drinks, decorations, etc. for your party. No food or drinks are allowed on carpeted areas or gym equipment. We provide tables, benches & bleachers for you to use. Table cloths not included.
All participants’ parents must fill out & sign a waiver upon arrival.
All party reservations require a $50 non-refundable deposit. You party will not be reserved until the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance is due at the end of your party.

If you have a Birthday Party Certificate, a deposit is still required. The deposit will be refunded or applied to any remaining balance upon the conclusion of your party.
